"GO GREEN WHEN YOU GO TO THE FAIR"
There's a good article in the Aug. 23rd Star and Tribune Home and Garden section entitled: "Go green when you go to the fair." Essentially, it details a new exhibit at the fair called the Eco Experience which is in the progress Center Building. The exhibit "explains how environmentally friendly practices and choices can keep our water and air clean and preserve natural resources" (Star and aTribune). There will be an "eco-home" on display and Arctic explorer, Will Steger will present on global climate change on Wednesday, Aug. 30th at 2pm.
